Data Deletion Request
Dogan's Sales Reports Mobile Application
Dogan's Sugar Limited respects your right to control your personal data. If you are a current or
former user of the Dogan's Sales Reports app, you may request the deletion of your account and
associated data by following the steps below.
How to Request Data Deletion
- Send an email to info@dogans.ng with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include your full name and manager code (the code you use to log in to the app) so we can identify your account
- You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days acknowledging your request
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days of the confirmed request
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your account information (name, manager code, role, profile picture)
- Your login credentials
- Photos, voice memos, and documents you uploaded as report attachments
- Your push notification token
- Your sales target progress entries
Data That May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legitimate business record-keeping purposes as required by company policy and applicable law:
- Field reports — POS report records may be retained in anonymized form for business analytics and compliance purposes
- Sales target records — target definitions and verified progress may be retained for historical reporting
Retained data will be disassociated from your personal identity where possible.
